Controlled breathing has the ability to quiet the mind, calm and strengthen the nervous and inmune systems, help to release stress and anxiety, improve performance and focus, deepen sleep, fasten recovery and much more.

A diet rich in vegetables, animal protein and healthy fats is the way that our ancestors ate for centuries. Reducing or eliminating processed foods like grains and sugars helps the body to achieve a healthy weight, increase energy and improve mental clarity. 

Movement and Yoga

Moving frequently is key to strengthen the cardiovascular and inmune systems, as well as promoting metabolism efficiency. Using yoga asanas regularly the body can get stronger and more flexible. The intensity of a yoga practice can be adjusted to the need of the practitioner, in order to get a more relaxing or exercising feeling.

What I believe in...

I’ve always wanted to live the best life possible and to be a happy and joyful person along the way!

On my way there, I have made huge changes, like quitting a fast paced corporate career, travelling the world, studying and teaching personal growth tools like yoga, breath work and nutrition, starting two businesses doing what I love and becoming a father to two amazing kids.

During these processes I have found 3 things that keep me focused, healthy and balanced. These are my breathing practice, a primal keto diet and movement and yoga asanas.

 

Keeping these 3 elements in my daily routine allows me to live everyday giving my best to my children, my wife, my business and everyone around me.

I believe that we all can show up everyday being our best, we just need to find our pillars to keep us balanced and feeling good. It is my intention to share with you what I have discovered in more than 10 years of practice and research.
